2026 RG Phantoms Fall Evaluations (July 20th - Ages 8 - 12)

Rather than focusing solely on wins and losses, our program emphasizes building fundamentally sound, confident baseball players who are prepared for the next level. Every athlete receives instruction in a positive, competitive environment where improvement is measured by growth, not just game results.

High School Development (15U–17U)

Our high school program is built for players who are serious about taking the next step in their baseball careers.

Throughout the fall, players will receive:

• Advanced Skill Development – Position-specific instruction designed to prepare athletes for varsity, college, and beyond.
• Metric Tracking – Utilize industry-leading technology to measure and monitor performance, including hitting and throwing metrics, allowing players to objectively track their progress.
• Strength & Performance Training – Baseball-specific lifting and athletic development focused on increasing strength, speed, power, and durability.
• Personal Coaching – Individualized feedback from experienced coaches who understand what it takes to succeed at the next level.
• Mental Development – Build confidence, baseball IQ, routines, and an approach to competition that translates into long-term success.

Our goal is to ensure every player leaves the fall stronger, more confident, and better prepared for their upcoming high school season.

Youth Program (8U–14U)

Our youth program combines instruction with meaningful competition.

Players will participate in a local fall league, allowing them to apply what they learn in games while continuing to develop throughout the season.

The focus includes:

• Fundamentals of hitting, fielding, throwing, and baserunning
• Position-specific instruction
• Baseball IQ and situational awareness
• Confidence and sportsmanship
• Teamwork and leadership
• Weekly game experience in a competitive local league
